The Heatherwood District Girl Guides on a hiking experience through
Willmore park recently lead by Hawk (Corrin Mitchell) and Red Fox (Ali
Broda). The girls got to hike up the hill and around some of the new biking
paths. They built a fire at the bottom of the hill and roasted hotdogs and dough
on a stick. After some hot chocolate the girls put on their snow shoes, which
were loaned to them by the Town of Edson, and they explored the trails
further. It was a fun day for the group.
