At 1 pm, Edson RCMP and the Edson Fire

community members towards 12th Ave where
graduates stood proudly in their suits and dresses.
Bishop noted that a number of local dignitaries
were also in attendance for the convoy, including
Town of Edson Mayor Kevin Zahara, Yellowhead
County Mayor Jim Eglinski, and Yellowhead MP
Gerald Soroka.
The convoy lasted between 20 and 25 minutes, and,
according to Bishop, the parking lot at Repsol Place
was “really full”, signifying the community's support
for the 2020 graduates.
Following the convoy, Kendra Zinn of My 4 Muse
Photography volunteered her time to take photos of
the grads, including the traditional cap toss photo.
Bishop added, “She also made herself available to
anyone that wanted photos.”
According to Bishop, the grads were “really
appreciative” of the event, “A couple of the grads
came to help set up in the morning and they were
just very excited to be able to wear their outfits and
get that little bit of recognition, because it has been a
very difficult year for them.”
Overall, Bishop stated that the convoy went “very
well”, commending community members for coming
out to support PCHS's 2020 graduating class.
“People decorated their cars and really showed up to
