Notice of PUBLIC HEARING for Robb Area Structure Plan -
POSTPONED.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 692 OF THE MUNICIPAL
GOVERNMENT ACT, BEING CHAPTER M-26 R.S.A. 2000 AND
AMENDMENTS THERETO:

Notice is hereby given that all Public Hearings will begin at 9:30
a.m. on March 24, 2020, in the Council Chambers of the
Yellowhead County Administration Building located at 2716 1st
Avenue, Edson, Alberta.

The purpose of this hearing is to allow persons to make known
their views with respect to the proposed Bylaw 07.20 being a
document entitled Robb Area Structure Plan dated February, 2020
is hereby adopted as an Area Structure Plan.

All written submissions will become public information upon
receipt by the Yellowhead County Council. Copies of Bylaw No.
07.20 are available for public inspection during regular office hours
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the
