Holy Redeemer Welcomes New Teachers

submitted

Soon the classrooms at Holy Redeemer will begin
filling up with students after the school closed over
five months ago. With that, students will see three
new teachers who will be joining the amazing staff at
HRH.
The first teacher to join the staff is Nicole Clayton.
A native of St. Albert and graduate from the
University of Alberta, Clayton will be joining HRH
after spending a year teaching in Fort Saskatchewan.
“I'm excited to be joining a new school in a small
community,” she says.
Clayton will be seen teaching all three classes of
English Language Arts 7, one class of Social Studies
8, Religion 7, and Outdoor Recreation. “I'm looking
forward to teaching about the Aztecs in Social,” says
Clayton who adds she believes that there is great
potential to create some wonderful projects for the
students. “I'm also excited to be back teaching in the
classroom after we had to teach online at the end of
last year.” Clayton's words are echoed by the rest of
the teachers at HRH who missed having the students
in their classrooms.
