9 annual Boob Tour fights cancer with laughter

The 9 annual Boob Tour Comedy Night took
place on September 19 at the Edson Royal
Canadian Legion Branch #51.
The Boob Tour is a stand-up comedy tour that
fights all forms of cancer with laughter. The
comedy night raises money to support the fight #1015 or #1016 -
against breast cancer/cancer locally.
It was another successful night of laughs to #1018 or #1019 - Connie DeLeeuw, volunteer for the 9 annual Boob Tour Comedy Night on

“It always feels good doing a show when there
is a good cause behind it,” said Nystrom. “My
mom went through cancer treatment and now is a
four-year cancer survivor, so these tours are close
to my heart.”
Comedian James Uloth commented, “It is our

9 year here in Edson, and every year they give
so much from the community which is awesome.
The volunteers who organize the event each year
put a lot of hard work and dedication into this
event every year. It is well organized and well
attended and seems to get a lot of support from
the community members. We hope to add some
laughter into the hearts of everyone here
tonight."
Mickey Housley said, “I'm 10 years into
comedy and have been working with James
Uloth for a little over a year now with the Boob
Tour Comedy. This is my first time in Canada,
making Edson my first comedy night in Canada.
Edson will be one of those spots I will always
