Glenwood residents concerned over

proposed mobile home subdivision

by Adrienne Tait

Several Glenwood area residents attended
the regular town council meeting on March 21
to express concerns regarding a proposed
mobile home subdivision in the
neighbourhood.
The proposed subdivision would see a two
acre parcel divided into 10 lots which would
all be owned, not rented, and which would
allow the placement of mobile and/or
manufactured homes.
Property developer Duane Martin was
present at the meeting and brought forth the
plans for the subdivision and made himself
available following the meeting to address any
concerns residents may have regarding the
proposed development.
