The 2019 Sr. Beach Volleyball Provincial
Championships took place in Calgary on May 25
to 26. The Parkland Pacers had two teams
competing in this year's tournament.
Representing the Pacers on the boys side of the
draw, Anderson King and Marek Knutson had a
strong tournament finishing third in their pool
and working their way through playoffs to the
semifinals. Unfortunately, they would fall in the
semifinals and ended up one spot off the podium
finishing fourth overall in their division.
On the girls' side of the draw, the grade 10/11
duo of Kenzie Bills and Naomi Muamba worked
their way through a tough field of grade 12 teams
from across the province. Battling the wind and
rain, they managed to find a spot in the Parkland Pacers
semifinals but could not overcome their Kenzie Bills and Naomi

Both teams gained valuable experience playing during the Beach at 1 pm

The 2019 Sr. Beach Volleyball Provincial
Championships took place in Calgary on May 25
to 26. The Parkland Pacers had two teams
competing in this year's tournament.
Representing the Pacers on the boys side of the

strong tournament finishing third in their pool
and working their way through playoffs to the
semifinals. Unfortunately, they would fall in the
