On Monday April 1st members from the Holy Redeemer Football team
helped move Tourmaline Oil into their new office. "It was hard work but we
were glad to help out," says grade 11 student and Centre Jaden Langridge.
Head Coach Michael Bachinsky said "When Tourmaline reached out to the
football team to see if we would be interested in helping move offices we
were happy to help. The fact that they then made a very generous donation
to the football program at the school makes us overjoyed." The picture
shows Tourmaline representative Jody Costall presenting the team with a
$4000 cheque! Featured left to right: Garrett Inscho, Tayte Zaporosky,
Micheal Bachinsky, Jody Costall, Ben Rogers, and Ethan Toner. A huge
thank you to Tourmaline Oil for supporting youth sport at HRH.
The Holy Redeemer Drama Department recently made a donation in the amount of
$165 to the Edson Run of Hope Foundation. The funds were raised through the 50/50
raffle at the Drama Department's Dessert Theatre on April 12th and 13th. Here, Dawn
Critchley from the Edson Run of Hope Foundation accepts a cheque from grade 12
student Jaden Gauchier surrounded by members of the cast and crew of the senior
high one-act plays.
