Inspirational performance by Sawuti Choir from East Africa

The Sawuti Choir, a culturally unique
Christian group of children from East Africa,
gave an inspirational performance on April 17,
at the Edson Baptist Church.
The choir started their tour the middle of
January in Winnipeg when it was -38 degrees.
Tour leader and spokesperson Christopher
Spark, said, “It was a cultural shock for
everyone that's for sure."
“The group of children are a part of the Seven
Wells Ministries, which is a charity that works
in Uganda and Rwanda. All of the children here
tonight are from Uganda. Some of the children
that are being sponsored through the tour are
orphans, but all of the ones in the choir are not
orphans. The children in the choir sing, dance,
