Notice is given that Yellowhead County has filed an application under the provisions of the Water Act for the disturbance/removal of 0.74
hectares of wetlands located at NW 31-056-13-W5, S ½ 06-057-13-W5, N ½ 33, NE 34, NW 35, NE 36 056-14-W5, SE 01, SW 02, SE 03, SE
04, S ½ 05 & SE 06 057-14-W5 during the upgrading of Township Road 570.
Any person who is directly affected by this application may submit a written statement of concern to within 7 days of the date of this notice to:
