Silver Hoops for the Parkland Pacers Senior Boys

This past weekend the senior Pacers boys
took part in our last tournament before the
Christmas break and it was a great weekend of
ball for the team.
First game was against St. Joes from Grand
Prairie and we had a 74-58 win over them.
That put us up against the fast-paced team
from Morinville, shooting into overtime in this
game with an almost second overtime for a 79-
76 win. This moved us to the final game.
I believe it is the first final appearance for
PCHS boys in this tournament and we met the
team from Holy Rosary School in
Lloydminster. It was a shooting team like we

We dug back hard after being down 40-22

points but ended up earning silver in a 98-88
