Outstanding effort for Parkland Pacers Sr. Girls

submitted Coach Wanita Willcott

The Parkland Pacers senior girls team traveled
to Spruce Grove on the January 14th weekend
for what turned out to be a very strong
basketball tournament.
They came up against two provincially ranked
teams after winning their first game against
Lloydminister Comprehensive School on
Friday.
Their first game on Saturday was against
Strathcona Christian School from Sherwood
Park. This team is considered to be one of the
best in the province for 3A schools. They have
beaten huge 4A schools this year like Ross
Shepard and Bev Facey. They are ranked
(unofficially) as top three.
