DECREASE NOTICE Notice of increase to
Franchise Fee on
Natural Gas Billings
Please be advised that the Town of Edson is
proposing to decrease the local access fee,
which is charged to FortisAlberta Inc. The Town of Edson is proposing to increase the natural gas
(FortisAlberta) for use of municipal lands for distribution franchise fee which it charges ATCO Gas and
its power lines effective January 1, 2020. Pipelines Ltd., for the exclusive right to deliver natural gas
to the residents of the Town of Edson and for use of
municipal lands for its natural gas lines. The franchise fee
