March, the Holy
Redeemer Urban
Agriculture class
visited the
Birkenhagen Family
Farm who have a
striving cow-calf and
grain operation.
Although they were
in the middle of a
busy calving season,
they were gracious
hosts and took the
students on a great
tour of their farm.
