issued authorizing the following:
The land use bylaw provides that any person claiming to be affected by
a decision of the Development Authority may appeal to the Subdivision
and Development Appeal Board by filing a written notice of appeal,
containing reasons, with the Secretary of the Subdivision and
Development Appeal Board for Yellowhead County accompanied with
payment of $300.00 within Twenty One (21) days after notice of the
approval is given. Any other questions or concerns please contact

PROPOSED BYLAW NO. 07.18
PURSUANT TO SECTION 606.1(3) OF THE MUNICIPAL
GOVERNMENT ACT, BEING CHAPTER M-26 R.S.A. 2000 AND
AMENDMENTS THERETO:
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m.
on January 22, 2019, in the Council Chambers of the Yellowhead
County Administration Building located at 2716 1st Avenue, Edson,
Alberta.
The purpose of this hearing is to allow persons to make known their
views with respect to proposed Bylaw 07.18, being the Public
Notification Bylaw, a Bylaw to establish alternate methods for
advertising notices.
The Public Notification Bylaw would allow Yellowhead County to
advertise a bylaw, resolution, meeting, public hearing or other
related things by one or more methods, including by electronic
advertising, including on the County's website or through the use of
social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc,).
All written submissions will become public information upon
receipt by the Yellowhead County Council. Copies of Bylaw No.
07.18 are available for public inspection during regular office hours
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the
Yellowhead County office located at 2716 - 1st Avenue, Edson,
Alberta. Further information may be obtained by contacting the office
at 723-4800, or 1-800-665-6030.
