Notice of Public Hearing - Public Notification Bylaw
Council is proposing Bylaw No. 2233 to
provide for one or more methods, which may include electronic means, for advertising proposed bylaws, resolutions, meetings, public hearings and other
things as required by section 606.1 of the Municipal Government Act.
Any person, group, or person acting on behalf of anyone who claims to be affected by the proposed bylaw may make representation during a Public Hearing to be held on:
October 1st, 2019 at 7:00p.m., or shortly thereafter as Council may decide, in Council Chambers at the Edson Civic Centre (605-50 Street)
Oral presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit. Written submissions should be submitted by letter or email in advance of the Public Hearing (see c ontact
information below). Personal information contained in submissions are collected under the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP Act).

Notice is hereby given that the Development Authority has authorized the issuance of the following Development Permits in
accordance with the Town of Edson Land Use Bylaw #2070 as amended:

Any person who deems to be affected by the issuance of any one of these permits may appeal to the Subdivision and Development
Authority by 4:00 p.m., on the 21st day after the date of issue. On Permitted Uses, grounds for appeal must relate only to
interpretation, variance, or relaxation of the Land Use Bylaw. On Discretionary Uses, all aspects of the proposed development may be
challenged upon appeal. Written notice of appeal, accompanied by the appeal fee as established by Town Council, shall be filed
through the Office of the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board at Box 6300, Edson, AB T?E 1T7.
